Battery Monitoring Sensor for motive power and standby applications. The BMS gives essential battery information. It stores number of charge/discharge cycles, temperature and electrolyte low level timings – all to be downloaded for evaluation.

Battery Management Unit for Motive Power and Standby Applications. The BMU is tailored to monitor and control batteries with voltages between 24V and 96V. It stores battery data, which can be downloaded for evaluation via RS232, USB and Bluetooth. The monitored battery powers the BMU which has a non-volatile memory. Two battery voltages and current are measured which are used to obtain all essential data. The BMU has an external temperature sensor which monitors the battery and ambient temperature separately. A level sensor is optional, depending on whether the battery is flooded or maintenance free.

Lifting beams are specifically designed to remove and replace forklift truck batteries safely and economically without the risk of damage. Supplied complete with 4 single polyester legs with S-hooks. The lifting beams are CE-certified.

The lifting beams can be equiped with fork-pockets (for changing with another forklift truck).

The lifting hook (with 2 polyester legs and S-hooks) can be used for smaller batteries (max. 1200 kg).

Also for smaller batteries there is a lifting harness with 2 or 4 polyester legs with S-hooks.
